Ketamine-Assisted Group Retreats & Individual Journeys
It's easy to get lost in the busyness of everyday life. We become consumed by responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pressure to measure up with society's standards of success. This causes us to lose touch with ourselves and our true north.
Whether you're navigating a major life transition, exploring your spirituality, recovering from pains of the past, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, our retreats offer an intentional space to pause, listen deeply, and realign with what matters most.
Ketamine is an FDA-approved medication that has been prescribed off-label for decades to support mental health and well-being. By temporarily quieting the brain's habitual patterns of thinking, it can create space for greater clarity, fresh perspective, and a deeper connection to your intuition. But we don't believe that ketamine is what transforms your life.
Ketamine opens the door. Integration transforms your life.
That's why every experience led by Kristeen Ann Smith, Certified Conscious Ketamine Coach®, and the team at Multidimensional Nerd is intentionally designed to support your entire journey ... not just the day of your retreat. Every Private Journey and Group Retreat includes intentional preparation, a professionally facilitated medicine experience, and a minimum of 30 days of integration support because we believe the deepest transformation happens through the ways you live into the insights you receive.
Our intention is to help you transform profound moments of awareness into lasting, embodied change ... rather than simply having a "nice trip" that ends when the medicine wears off.
Whether you choose a Private Journey or a Group Retreat, you'll be held in a safe, compassionate container where you can reconnect with your inner wisdom, trust yourself more deeply, and remember who you've been all along.
Feel deeply held as you reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Every experience is thoughtfully designed to create a safe, intentional container for transformation.
From preparation through integration, you'll be supported every step of the journey.

Founder of Multidimensional Nerd | Certified Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coach® | Retreat Facilitator
After tragically losing my brother in 2010, I was prescribed several heavy medications due to a misdiagnosis while stuck in the grips of grief. Being severely sedated made being a divorced Mom of 3 young children a nightmare.
Thankfully, my best friend invited me to explore psychedelics (cannabis) as an alternative. To make a very long story short, this shift successfully gave me my life back and empowered me to live my purpose, which is to serve others in remembering who they are and finding their own paths forward.
For more than fifteen years since, I have supported individuals, leaders, and organizations internationally through periods of growth, transition, and transformation, serving well over 10,000 hours as an Intuitive Coach in both my private practice and corporate settings.
My professional background also includes over seven years of experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Co-founder of a non-profit alternative wellness center. These past experiences continue to inform my holistic, human-centered approach to healing.
Today, I serve as the Founder of Multidimensional Nerd, am an Intuitive Coach & Mentor, a Certified Conscious Ketamine-Assisted Coach®, Retreat Facilitator, and leader of a pretty rad community on Skool. I also recently accepted an invitation to Co-Found Eden Sanctuary, an emerging communal living and retreat center that is being birthed in Western Colorado in devotion to transformation, connection, and sustainable living.
My approach blends intuitive development, sacred ceremony, integration coaching, somatic breathwork, and other practices to support profound experiences that extend far beyond the retreat itself. Because while the medicine experience may last only a few hours, the real work begins when you return home.
Whether serving through private journeys, retreats, or community experiences, my intention is to guide people to access their own inner wisdom while remaining deeply rooted in their humanity.
I believe we are not broken. We are remembering. It's is an honor to walk alongside others on that journey, and I know my brother (Andrew), is very proud.

Ketamine is an FDA-approved medication that has been used in medical settings as an anesthetic since 1970. Today, it is also prescribed off-label by qualified medical providers to support the treatment of conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and chronic pain.
Unlike substances such as psilocybin, LSD, or MDMA, ketamine is a legal pharmaceutical that may be prescribed by licensed medical professionals when clinically appropriate. Every participant in our retreats begins with a telehealth medical assessment through one of our trusted Nurse Practitioner partners to determine whether ketamine-assisted therapy is an appropriate option.
At therapeutic doses, many people experience a deeply reflective and expanded state of awareness. While ketamine can offer new perspectives, emotional insight, and moments of profound clarity, we believe the medicine itself is only one part of the experience.
Our philosophy is simple:
Medicine opens the door. Integration transforms your life.
The most meaningful transformation rarely happens during the medicine experience alone. It unfolds in the days, weeks, and months that follow as you begin integrating new insights into your everyday life.
That's why every retreat we offer includes intentional preparation, compassionate facilitation, and a minimum of 30 days of structured integration support. We believe healing isn't about chasing extraordinary experiences ... it's about returning home with greater presence, clarity, self-compassion, and the tools to create lasting change.
Ketamine is not a shortcut or a magic solution. It is one tool within a thoughtfully designed process that honors your humanity while supporting meaningful transformation.
Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities.
Ketamine has been used safely in medical settings for more than 50 years and has been extensively studied for its therapeutic potential. It has shown promising results in supporting individuals experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and other treatment-resistant conditions when prescribed and administered under appropriate medical supervision.
To ensure your safety, every participant is required to complete a comprehensive medical evaluation with one of our trusted Nurse Practitioner partners before receiving a ketamine prescription. This telehealth assessment reviews your medical history, current medications, and any potential risk factors to determine whether ketamine-assisted therapy is an appropriate option for you.
While ketamine has a well-established safety profile, like any medication it may produce temporary side effects. These can include dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, changes in coordination or perception, elevated blood pressure, headache, anxiety, or feelings of dissociation. Most side effects are temporary and typically resolve within a few hours following the medicine experience.
We take additional steps to support your comfort and safety throughout the experience. Before medicine administration, we monitor your vital signs using a blood pressure cuff and pulse oximeter, and our facilitation team remains present throughout your session to provide compassionate support and respond to your needs.
To further minimize the possibility of nausea, participants are asked to refrain from eating for approximately four hours before their medicine session (water is encouraged unless otherwise directed by your medical provider).
Our goal is to create a safe, intentional environment where you can fully relax into the experience, knowing that both your medical well-being and emotional care are being thoughtfully supported every step of the way.
Ketamine does have the potential for misuse or abuse in some individuals, which is why participant screening, medical oversight, and responsible use are essential.
Every participant in our retreats completes a comprehensive medical assessment with one of our trusted Nurse Practitioner partners before receiving a prescription. Your medical provider will review your health history, current medications, and any potential risk factors to determine whether ketamine-assisted therapy is an appropriate option for you.
Unlike recreational use, ketamine in our retreats is administered only within a structured, professionally facilitated environment and under the guidance of your prescribing medical provider. We do not provide ketamine for unsupervised use outside of the retreat experience.
For individuals who are appropriate candidates and who follow their prescribed treatment plan, ketamine can be used responsibly as part of a thoughtfully designed therapeutic process. If you have concerns about dependency, dosage, or frequency of use, we encourage you to discuss them openly with your medical provider during your evaluation.
Our goal is to create a safe, intentional experience where the focus remains on healing, personal growth, and meaningful integration ... not repeated medicine use.
Whether you choose a private retreat or a group retreat, every experience is built upon the same foundation: intentional preparation, compassionate facilitation, and meaningful integration.
All retreats include medical coordination, a personalized preparation session, your ketamine retreat experience, at least 30 days of integration support, unlimited Spotlight Coaching, and access to our private integration community.
The primary difference is the setting.
Private Retreats are designed for individuals or couples seeking a highly personalized experience. Every aspect of the retreat is tailored to your unique intentions, allowing for greater flexibility, privacy, and one-on-one support throughout the day.
Group Retreats offer the opportunity to experience your retreat alongside a small, intentionally curated group. While each person's medicine experience is deeply personal, many participants find comfort, inspiration, and healing through shared ceremony, connection, and community.
Neither experience is better than the other ... only different. The best choice depends on your intentions, comfort level, and where you are in your journey.
If you're unsure which retreat is right for you, we'll explore your goals together during a complimentary Clarity Call and help you determine the experience that's most aligned for you.
No two ketamine experiences are exactly alike. Each person's experience is shaped by many factors, including their intentions, mindset, life experiences, and the medicine itself.
Many participants describe entering a deeply relaxed, dreamlike, or expanded state of awareness. Some experience vivid imagery, emotional insight, or a profound sense of connection, while others find themselves in a quiet space of reflection, spaciousness, or deep rest.
Because ketamine gently shifts your awareness inward, we encourage participants to wear an eye mask and listen to a thoughtfully curated music playlist throughout much of the experience. This allows your attention to move away from the external world and toward your own inner landscape.
The medicine experience itself typically lasts about 90 minutes - 2 hours, although you'll have plenty of time before and afterward to settle into the space, reflect, and begin integrating your experience before leaving the retreat.
There is no "right" way to experience ketamine. Some retreats feel expansive, while others are subtle. Whatever unfolds, our role is not to direct your experience but to create a safe, compassionate environment where your own inner healing intelligence can guide the process.
Because we believe the medicine opens the door, and integration transforms your life, we continue supporting you long after the retreat has ended.
The retreat isn't the finish line, it's the beginning.
While the medicine experience may last only a few hours, the insights, emotions, and opportunities for growth often continue to unfold in the days and weeks that follow. This is why we place such a strong emphasis on integration.
Research suggests that ketamine temporarily enhances neuroplasticity ... the brain's ability to form new neural connections. This window of increased adaptability creates a unique opportunity to reinforce healthier patterns, perspectives, and behaviors. Lasting transformation, however, doesn't come from the medicine alone. It comes from intentionally integrating what you've experienced into your everyday life.
Every retreat includes a minimum of 30 days of integration support, including three guided integration sessions, unlimited Spotlight Coaching, and access to our private integration community. Together, we'll help you process your experience, make meaning of your insights, navigate challenges that may arise, and develop practical ways to embody the changes you're seeking.
We're committed to walking alongside you long after your retreat has ended, because meaningful transformation isn't measured by what happens during the medicine experience ... it's measured by the life you create afterward.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer.
The ideal frequency of ketamine-assisted coaching retreats depends on your intentions, personal goals, medical history, and how you integrate each experience. For some people, a single retreat provides meaningful insight and lasting change. Others may choose to return for additional retreats as they move through different seasons of healing or personal growth.
Our approach is never based on receiving more medicine for the sake of more medicine. Instead, we focus on helping you fully integrate each experience before determining whether another retreat would be supportive.
If you're considering additional retreats, we'll work closely with you, and your prescribing medical provider, to determine what feels most appropriate based on your progress, intentions, and overall well-being..
We believe that meaningful transformation comes from the relationship between the medicine, the preparation, and the integration that follows. Rather than following a predetermined schedule, we'll help you discern the timing that's most aligned for you.
Ketamine-assisted coaching is not appropriate for everyone, which is why every participant is required to complete a comprehensive medical evaluation with one of our trusted Nurse Practitioner partners before participating in a retreat.
While eligibility is determined on an individual basis, ketamine may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions or risk factors. These can include pregnancy or breastfeeding, certain uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, severe liver or kidney disease, active substance use disorders, some neurological conditions, or other medical circumstances that may increase risk.
Certain medications, psychiatric conditions, or aspects of your medical history may also influence whether ketamine-assisted therapy is an appropriate option for you. Your prescribing medical provider will carefully review your health history, current medications, and any potential contraindications before making a recommendation.
If ketamine is not the right fit, we'll always prioritize your safety and support you in exploring other appropriate resources or approaches when possible.
Your health, safety, and well-being are our highest priorities, and we believe the best retreat experience begins with ensuring it's the right one for you.
Ketamine-Assisted Coaching and therapy both harness the power of ketamine for personal growth, but their roles and approaches differ significantly.
